Activity

To start your 3 Days Masai Mara Flying Safari tour you will be picked-up from the hotel in the morning at 06:00 am and transfer to Moi international airport or 07.30am from Diani Hotels for your scheduled flight to Masai Mara game reserve. As you fly to MasaiMara, you will be able to enjoy the aerial views of the ice-capped peaks of Mt. Kilimanjaro and some of the rivers and lakes and the picturesque features of the great rift valley. Upon arrival at the Masai Mara airstrip, you will be picked up by a comfortable 4X4 WD safari vehicle., within the shortest route via lots of game animals to your full board accommodation. You can make a choice of the type of accommodation, you would prefer. There is a selection of economy, standard or luxury safari lodges/ camps according to your budget for your overnight stay. After your refreshment, you will proceed on the same open roof vehicle in search of breathtaking landscapes of the great savannah, the big five, along with plentiful game viewing option.

The 2nd day of your 3 Days Masai Mara Flying Safari will be started by an early morning breakfast at6:00 am with picnic box for a full day game drive deep into the vast Masai Mara in search of more and more flora and fauna, rare and endangered species of birds and animals, the crocodile waiting for its delicious meals, the hippos at the pool, the black rhinos, the big cat and many more wildlife surviving for their livelihood and much more till evening.

On the third day, you will be taken on an early morning game drive and meet the local Masai people in their village for a big memory of your safari. In the afternoon, you will be taken to the airstrip for your flight back to Mombasa. You will get the complementary ground transport dropoff,to your hotel or resorts of your choice.

Day 1 – Mombasa – Masai Mara

06.00 hrs: Pick up from the hotel. Transfer to the Airport for your flight to Masai Mara.
07 :30 hrs: Depart from Mombasa Airport for the Masai Mara Game Reserve with views of the ice-capped peaks of Mount Kilimanjaro. Fly over views of scenic geological occurrences including sights of the Great Rift Valley with its beautiful lakes. At approximately 10:00hrs arrive Masai Mara airstrip. You will be met by an English speaking driver – guide for transfer to Lodge/Camp with a short game drive en-route. Lunch will be served at the Lodge/Camp.
At 16:00hrs to 18:00hrs You will be treated to an afternoon game drive safari on the same open roof vehicle in which you are able to stand up while viewing wildlife and breathtaking landscapes of the great savannah. Dinner and overnight at the camp/Lodge

 

Day 2 – Masai Mara

06:00hrs breakfast. 06:30 Leave with picnic box for a full day game drive around the vast Masai Mara looking for animals: herds of wildebeest, zebra, giraffe, lion, cheetah etc. This time you will drive as far as the Mara River where crocodiles and hippos may be found. You will settle down at a picnic site with your picnic box for lunch. Afternoon game viewing will go on until 18:00hrs when you will return back to the camp/Lodge. Dinner and overnight at the Camp/Lodge

 

Day 3 – Masai Mara Mombasa

06:00hrs pre-breakfast and game drive to 08;00hrs. Extra game drive after breakfast. Return to the Lodge/Camp for lunch. Thereafter transfer to the airstrip for your flight back to Mombasa.
14:00 hrs: Depart Masai Mara.
16:00 hrs: Arrive Mombasa Airport.Met and transferred to the hotel.
