Your 2 Days Tsavo East Tour & Saltlick safari will commence in the early morning, drive through the largest Tsavo East park, with a chance to spot herds of Red Elephants, Lions, Giraffes, Zebras, Gazelles, Buffaloes, Leopard, Waterbucks, Impalas and different bird species. After exiting from Tsavo East Voi gate, give a pause to your journey for refreshment and lunch at a restaurant.

After lunch, you will be heading to the privately-owned Taita Hills Sanctuary. Check-in at Saltlick game lodge. While proceeding on a game drive beholds the captivating views of the private Taita Hills Sanctuary. It hosts varied species of birds and animals that include lions, elephants, giraffe, Zebras and much more you can observe. In the evening return to the Saltlick lodge to witness a large number of wildlife, especially the elephants gather at the waterhole to form a magnificent sight to behold as they drink at the watering hole near it. Day 1 – Tsavo East /Saltlick – 2 hrs

You’ll be up from the hotel at 0500 hrs. Drive to Tsavo East through Bachuma gate and embark on morning game drive in search fo animals; Simba, cheetah, hyena, elephant, buffalo zebra or bird as you concentrate towards the direction of Tsavo East Voi gate. Exit and settle down for lunch at a stopover restaurant/hotel. After lunch depart to Taita Hills Sanctuary. An afternoon game viewing en-route to the Lodge Salt Lick Lodge which is a truly unique architectural concept, with luxurious oval-shaped rooms, overlooking a waterhole that attracts a large number of wildlife, especially the elephants. In the evenings the animals gather at the waterhole a spectacular sight to behold as they drink at the watering hole. Dinner and overnight at Salt Lick Lodge.

DAY 2 – Saltlick / Mombasa

Pre-breakfast game drive. Return to the lodge for breakfast and proceed on for a morning game drive in search for lions, buffalo, elephants, giraffe, zebra, antelopes, monkeys among many other animals. Lunch at Taita Hills Lodge. After lunch depart for Mombasa arriving late in the afternoon. You’ll be dropped back to the hotel.
